Throughout his career at the three levels of government, he has contributed to innovations such as the Interstate Consortium of the Legal Amazon. He served as Secretary of Planning (2018\u20132022) and Secretary of Finance of the State of Amap\u00e1 (2022). Since January 2023, he has held the position of National Secretary for Funds and Financial Instruments at the Ministry of Regional Development.
