Bauer do Brasil showcases sustainable waste valorization solutions at IFAT Brasil 2025

Austrian company promotes circular economy and operational efficiency in agriculture and industry

In its second consecutive participation at IFAT Brasil – International Fair for Water, Sewage, Drainage and Waste Recovery Solutions, Bauer do Brasil reaffirms its commitment to technological solutions for efficient waste management and introduces Brazilian audiences to its advanced S300 and S655/S855 manure separators, designed to optimize the separation of solid and liquid waste for agricultural and industrial reuse.

With decades of experience and a global presence, Bauer stands out for offering smart solutions that promote the circular economy, reduce operational costs, and comply with increasing environmental and legal standards. The separation technology divides waste into solid and liquid phases: the nutrient-rich liquid can be directly applied to fields through irrigation systems, while the solid fraction—containing up to 32% dry matter—can be stored, used as bedding for animals, or marketed as high-quality fertilizer.

Highlights of the line presented at IFAT Brasil 2025 include the S300 Separator, designed for small farms and biogas plants, with a capacity of up to 16 m³/h, and the S655/S855 models, recommended for medium and large-scale operations, with capacities of up to 35 m³/h. Built with durable materials such as cast iron housing and galvanized steel structure, the equipment ensures consistent performance, low maintenance, and long service life even under intensive use.

“Returning to IFAT Brasil reinforces our purpose of contributing in a concrete way to the advancement of waste management in the country. We offer proven solutions that generate both environmental and economic value for our clients,” says Rodrigo Parada, Co-CEO of Bauer Latin America, Director for the Americas, and Global Marketing Director of the Bauer Group.

Bauer’s presence at IFAT Brasil is more than just a product showcase—it is a strategic opportunity to strengthen partnerships, present innovations, and contribute to the progress of sustainability in the Brazilian agro-industrial sector.
