GreenPlat introduces innovative digital solutions to promote sustainability and improve environmental management

The company’s platforms leverage blockchain technology to ensure traceability and transparency, strengthening the circular economy

GreenPlat is a Brazilian startup founded in 2016, specializing in digital solutions for sustainability and environmental management. Participating for the first time in the IFAT Brasil – International Fair for Water, Sewage, Drainage and Waste Recovery Solutions, the company will showcase its software platforms designed to modernize urban and industrial solid waste management, enhance environmental data traceability, and automate compliance with regulations.

GreenPlat has developed three integrated SaaS platforms, adaptable to various operational profiles—from large private companies to public entities. This enables continuous, auditable management with high data granularity. Based on blockchain architecture, the systems ensure end-to-end traceability, real-time data governance, and compliance with the most demanding regulatory standards, while fostering the circular economy.

“Participating in IFAT Brasil is a key step to show how digitalization can transform the way companies and governments manage environmental processes, production losses, and ESG goals. Our platform delivers more efficiency, transparency, and legal security to all stakeholders,” says Chicko Sousa, CEO and founder of GreenPlat.

During the event, the company will present its three main solutions:

  • PlataformaVerde™: for private companies generating waste, offering blockchain-based tracking and integrated document management
  • PlataformaAzul™: for waste treatment companies, focused on operational control and regulatory compliance
  • CTR-e Blocks™: for governments, enabling monitoring and enforcement of waste management using blockchain technology

Recognized since 2018 as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, GreenPlat has already tracked more than 7.7 million tons of waste, with 79% proven to be recycled, through projects involving over 4,500 business units in Brazil and across Latin America.

By joining IFAT Brasil, GreenPlat reinforces its mission to support public and private sectors with high-performance digital tools, solving key environmental management challenges through regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, transparency, ESG goal control, and integrated data flow across the value chain.
