She has extensive experience in developing projects and sectoral studies for Brazil–Germany bilateral cooperation in the infrastructure sector, with a special focus on energy transition areas, including renewable hydrogen, decarbonization, and the environment. Currently, as Deputy Executive Director at the German-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she works to foster cooperation and engagement with major national and European players, as well as with German institutions and related federal ministries.

Currently President of the consultancy INGENIERÍA SALUDABLE S.A. Former Interim Chairman and Board Member of ESSAP S.A., the water and sewage service provider for about 1.8 million people in 29 cities in Paraguay.

A professional with several years of experience in management roles, covering Accounting, Tax, Controlling, Audit, and HR. He has been with Kroschu for 20 years, serving the last 8 years as Country Manager and CFO for the Brazil and Paraguay region.

With over 12 years of experience in centrifugal pumps, he leads the industrial segment at Wilo Brazil, focusing on new business, critical applications, and high-efficiency solutions. He is responsible for business development in the industrial sector.

He is an environmental engineer from the National University of Asunción, with a specialization in Industrial Wastewater Treatment Engineering from the European University of the Atlantic. He is currently the Water Engineering Manager at Wels.

In his role as Foreign Trade and Trade Fair Manager, he promotes cooperation between Paraguayan and German companies, organizes delegation trips, business events, and investment opportunities. Founder of leading companies in the Paraguayan market, he has lived and worked in Asunción, Paraguay since 1998. For over 24 years, he has served on the board of the Paraguay-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and is the creator and organizer of all editions of Expo Paraguay-Brazil, the largest business event between Brazil and Paraguay.
