With 20 years of experience in the environmental field in multinational companies, she currently works as a consultant through Natur Gerenciamento Ambiental.

Osmário Ferreira da Silva is a professional with academic background in Legal Sciences and Police Sciences, holding specializations in Public Policy, People Management, Compliance, and Criminal Law. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, having worked as a university professor, governance manager for socio-environmental projects in the Amazon, and consultant for major events such as São Paulo’s Carnival. He currently serves as the Executive Secretary of Urban Cleaning (SELIMP) for the São Paulo City Hall.

Civil engineer, graduated in 1974. He has 35 years of experience in the environmental sector and has held executive positions throughout his professional career. He recently served as Vice President of the Instituto Valoriza Resíduos and was President of ABETRE from 2018 to 2023.

Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Quality Management in Civil Construction from USP Pernambuco, and an MBA in Business Management with an emphasis on Environment from FGV.
