He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pernambuco, an MBA from FGV, and completed the Global Leaders Training at the Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania. He has over 35 years of experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries, where he began his career as a recent graduate and progressed through various positions, including global business leadership roles overseeing industrial plants in four countries and commercial offices in Asia, Europe, and the United States, as well as the energy sector. He is currently the CEO of Solvi Energia Verde, a company active in the biomethane and renewable energy markets.

Since 2003, he has been working in the waste management sector, developing, implementing, and leading projects related to energy, biogas, and biomethane. He has been responsible for pioneering initiatives in energy recovery at several sanitary landfills across Brazil.

José Renato Bruzadin is an Electrical Engineer, graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), and holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo. He has held executive positions in the industrial sector and in companies within the energy, infrastructure, and services sectors. He is currently the Executive Director of Business Development at Veolia in Brazil.
